Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Projektmanager, der unsere Ziele in den Bereichen Nachhaltigkeit und Innovation unterstützt.

Als Senior Projektmanager PMO werden Sie verantwortlich für die erfolgreiche Durchführung von Projekten innerhalb des Zeit- und Kostenrahmens und unter Einhaltung der vorgegebenen Qualitätsstandards.

Wir erwarten von Ihnen:

  • Hochschulabschluss oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement in einer Strategieberatung, P/E, Investment Bank oder vergleichbarer Konzernabteilung.
  • Schnelles logisches und analytisches Denken mit ausgeprägten Kenntnissen in Financial Modelling (MS Excel) und Projekt Management (MS Teams).
  • Gestaltung und Leitung unterschiedlicher Teams, mit dem Schwerpunkt auf integrativem und kooperativem Management.
  • Eigenständige Führung von internationalen, bereichsübergreifenden Projekten und diese auf die Unternehmensziele abzustimmen, insbesondere in den Bereichen Vertieb, Logistik, Nachhaltigkeit und Innovation.
  • Effektive Kommunikation und Verhandlungsgeschick im Stakeholder Management.
  • Erfahrung in den Bereichen Logistik, Einzelhandel oder verwandten Branchen ist von Vorteil.
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Verhandlungssicher in Englisch; Deutsch und weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil.
