Wir suchen eine Software Delivery Manager zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Deutschland.

Job-Zusammenfassung

Der Software Delivery Manager ist ein Mitglied des Engineering-Teams bei Imprivata und verantwortlich für die Planung und das Management von Programm-Inkrementen sowie für die Überwachung mehrerer teamübergreifender Initiativen in der Product Delivery Organisation. Diese Rolle arbeitet eng mit dem Produktmanagement-Team zusammen. Er wendet agile Vorgehensweisen (SCRUM) konsequent an. Wir suchen für den Standort Langenfeld/Rhl. Remoteanteil nach Absprache möglich.

Aufgaben und Zuständigkeiten

  • Abstimmung der Jahres Produkt Roadmap mit dem Produktmanagement und dem "Director Engineering Imprivata-OGiTiX
  • Erarbeitung und Abstimmung des Versionsumfangs mit dem Produktmanagement und dem Engineering
  • Koordinierung der Spezifikationsaktivitäten mit den Engineering Rollen (Architekten- und UX-Teams), um den Grooming-Prozess des SCRUM-Engineering Teams zu unterstützen
  • Moderation der SCRUM Meetings (Daily's, Review, Planning und Retro)
  • Entwicklung von Umsetzungsplänen mit den SCRUM-Engineering Teams
  • Kontrolle, Steuerung und Planung des Entwicklungsfortschritts
  • Risikomanagement und Initiierung von Gegenmaßnahmen
  • Eskalation und Lösung von Auslieferungsproblemen des Softwareproduktes
  • Lösung von Prioritätskonflikten zwischen Entwicklungsteams
  • Status Kommunikation an den "Director Engineering" und dem Produktmanagement
  • Vorbereitung von Quartalsberichten für SVP-Engineering (in englischer Sprache)

Erforderliche Qualifikationen und Erfahrung

  • Bachelor-Abschluss in Informatik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Technologiebranche
  • SCRUM Master und mindestens 3 Jahre praktische Berufserfahrung in dieser Rolle
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Probleme zu verstehen und deren Lösung zu erleichtern
  • Fähigkeit, Probleme auf der Grundlage von Priorität, Auswirkung, Risiko und Zeitplan für die Freigabe einzuteilen
  • Fähigkeit zur guten Kommunikation mit internen und externen Fachleuten
  • Allgemeine Kenntnisse der Softwaretechnologien im Zusammenhang mit IAM vorteilhaft
  • Fähigkeit zur Prioritätensetzung bei mehreren gleichzeitigen Anforderungen
  • Hervorragende Zeitmanagementfähigkeiten
  • Ausgezeichnete Moderations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Wort und Schrift
  • Erforderliche Sprachniveau: Deutsch Level mind. C1; Englisch min. B2
