Senior Engineering Team Lead

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineering Team Lead to join our team at Emerson. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading a group of engineers and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate a team of engineers to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement engineering processes and procedures to improve efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide technical guidance and support to engineers and other stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Develop and manage project budgets and schedules.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in process automation projects.
- Experience in managing employees and teams.
- State-certified technician or equivalent knowledge.
- Fluently in German and English (speaking and writing skills).
- Valid driving license for cars.
Preferred Qualifications
- Intercultural skills.
- Knowledge in modern PC technology and network technology.
