Team Leader for Revenue Metering

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Metering Accounting department at TEAG Thüringer Energie. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the team, ensuring the timely and accurate processing of metering data, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the activities of an 11-member team, ensuring the efficient execution of tasks and projects related to metering accounting.
- Develop and implement processes to ensure the quality and timeliness of metering data processing, including data validation, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, IT, and finance, to ensure seamless integration of metering data into our business processes.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in team leadership, with a track record of motivating and developing team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards.
