Product Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Product Analyst to join our Logistics Analytics Team. As a Product Analyst, you will be responsible for bringing insights to our stakeholders and driving the strategic development of Logistics functions.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with key stakeholders to understand business vision, requirements, and priorities
- Build accessible and engaging data visualizations to facilitate access to insights
- Develop and curate unstructured data in collaboration with Data Engineering, Product, and Operations
- Refine, challenge, and support requests from stakeholders and generate new data analyses
- Lead data exploration projects and help identify and define future insight and data needs to support various business initiatives
- Own the data catalog for all Logistics dimensions, metrics, and KPIs
- Be an active player in working with and understanding the product end-to-end, its features, and gaps, and provide useful and necessary insights to the team to improve the product
- Ensure proper AB testing for features that we launch and share insights from significance tests
- 2-4 years of experience as a BI/Data/Product analyst working for internet companies
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative subject (e.g., computer science, physics, mathematics, engineering, statistics)
- Excellent SQL skills with practical experience of big data tools (ideally BigQuery)
- Intermediate Python skills with practical experience
- You are creative in data visualization (Tableau experience is a plus)
- Experience with version control systems (VCS) (e.g., Github)
- Proven team player behavior and process-oriented mindset
- Independent and rigorous working style, appreciation for Agile environments
- Good English communication skills
- Experience in dealing with stakeholders and challenging the scope of projects
- Proven record of adopting and improving team standards and processes
- Highly passionate about data, with creative problem-solving abilities and an eye for detail
- Nice to have: Experience with orchestration tools such as airflow, DBT, metaflow
