About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT People Developer to join our team at CentralNic. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and developing our IT teams, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration, and driving business growth through strategic people development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop high-performing IT teams, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
  • Develop and implement strategic people development initiatives to drive business growth, improve team performance, and enhance employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address talent gaps, develop training programs, and implement succession planning strategies.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to IT team members, helping them to develop their skills and advance in their careers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT people development, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within our organization.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in IT people development, leadership, and coaching.
  • Strong understanding of IT systems, technologies, and trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with IT team members, stakeholders, and senior leaders.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems, develop creative solutions, and drive implementation.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global business environment.
