**Projektmanagement im industriellen und konsumgüterorientierten Sektor**

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Senior Director Project Management, der unsere PMO-Abteilung im Produktentwicklungsprozess leitet und unsere Go-To-Market-Strategie umsetzt.

**Hauptaufgaben:**

  • Die gesamte PMO-Abteilung im Produktentwicklungsprozess zu leiten und unsere Go-To-Market-Strategie umzusetzen.
  • GTB-Daten, Strategie und Insights mit dem Team zu integrieren, um actionable Intelligence, strategische Einblicke und umfassende Berichte zu liefern, die Entscheidungen in allen GTM-Funktionen unterstützen.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Führungskräfte, um GTM-Strategien mit den Gesamtunternehmenszielen zu alignen.
  • Die Einführung von Projektmanagement- und Schnittstellenprozessen im gesamten Unternehmen für Produktentwicklung, Analytics, Design, Textilien usw.
  • Die Führung, Entwicklung und Nachfolgeplanung des Teams.
  • Die Entwicklung und kontinuierliche Optimierung von effizienten, transparenten und flexiblen Projektmanagementprozessen und -strukturen in einem dynamisch wachsenden Unternehmen.
  • Die Funktion als Liaison-Mann für die Geschäftsführung und Senior-Management auf allen globalen Projekten.
  • Die Leitung und Überwachung aller Budget-Reviews, Abweichungen, Projekt-/Teamstrukturen sowie Kalender-Timelines, Workflows und Terminpläne für Entwicklungsvorhaben.
  • Die Überwachung der Quotenfestlegung und Kapazitätsplanung, um sicherzustellen, dass sie mit den Gesamtunternehmenszielen und Marktrealitäten übereinstimmen.
  • POC mit aktuellen/neuen Lieferanten und anderen externen Partnern.
  • Die Strukturierung von Projekten in Arbeitspakete und die Zuweisung an verantwortliche Personen im Unternehmen.
  • Die laufende Koordination insbesondere mit Design, Produktmanagement und Controlling sowie Lieferanten und anderen externen Partnern.
  • Regelmäßige Projektstatus-Reviews und Analysen (in Bezug auf Zeit, Inhalt und Kosten) sowie die Meldung von Abweichungen an die Abteilungsleiter und die Einleitung von Gegenmaßnahmen.
  • Strategische Einblicke und Empfehlungen via Vorhersageprozesse, detaillierte und zuverlässige Prognosen an die Senior-Führungskräfte basierend auf der Analyse von internen Daten und Markttrends.
  • Mentor- und Entwicklungsaufgaben für Teammitglieder, um eine Kultur der hohen Leistung und kontinuierlichen Lernens zu fördern.
  • Unterstützung der Serienstartphase auf der Produktionsstätte.

    **Anforderungen:**

    • Erweiterte Ausbildung/Universitätsabschluss in technischen Studien, Ingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder ähnlichen Fachrichtungen.
    • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im industriellen und konsumgüterorientierten Sektor mit starkem Bezug zu Go-To-Market.
    • Proven Expertise in Projektmanagement, Ingenieurwesen und Lieferantenmanagement.
    • Erfahrung in der Führung und Entwicklung von Senior- und internationalen Teams.
    • Starke Führungskompetenzen, Stakeholder-Management- und Personalentwicklungskompetenzen.
    • Visionär mit der Fähigkeit, andere zu inspirieren und sich mit strategischen Zielen zu alignen.
    • Exzellente Netzwerk- und Kooperationsfähigkeiten.
    • Leidenschaft für die Förderung von Veränderungen und Innovationen.
