E.ON Digital Technology GmbH is seeking an Expert Event IT Specialist to join our team in Essen. As a key member of our Corporate Service Management department, you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional user experience in our Energy Club conference area.

Responsibilities

As an Expert Event IT Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and operating the IT in the Energy Club conference area, including meeting room technology. You will provide technical consulting and assistance to users in case of technical challenges with the meeting room technology.

Key Tasks

  • Maintain and operate the IT in the Energy Club conference area, including meeting room technology.
  • Provide technical consulting and assistance to users in case of technical challenges with the meeting room technology.
  • Collaborate with event organizers and stakeholders to support the planning and execution of large-scale events.
  • Set up and operate audiovisual equipment during events.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure the availability and functionality of necessary equipment and resources for events.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in event IT and site IT in a professional setting.
  • Experience in installation and maintenance of Event IT and site IT systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English.
