Job Description

As an Operations Supervisor at FedEx, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics network. Your primary responsibility will be to supervise a team of employees, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of employees to ensure efficient and effective operation of the logistics network.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees to ensure they are meeting their goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Identify and address any operational issues or concerns, and implement corrective actions as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
