Jobbeschreibung

Als Operations Supervisor bei FedEx übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für die tägliche Koordination der Teamaktivitäten. Sie gewährleisten, dass Prozesse und Verfahren pünktlich und konsistent ablaufen und dass die Teamaktivitäten den Unternehmenszielen und regulatorischen Anforderungen entsprechen.

Hauptherausforderungen

  • Unterstützung des Managements bei der Führung des Teams
  • Planung und Durchführung von Prozessen und Verfahren
  • Koordination von Teamaktivitäten
  • Überwachung der Teamergebnisse und -ziele
  • Einhaltung von Richtlinien, Prozessen und gesetzlichen Anforderungen
  • Regelmäßige Analyse von Prozessen hinsichtlich Qualität, Kosten, Produktivität und Service
