Job Title: Regional Sales Manager Switzerland

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Körber Pharma GmbH. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the EMEA region.

Your Role:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and expand our market share in the EMEA region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and partners in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Identify customer needs and develop targeted sales approaches to drive revenue growth.
  • Lead negotiation and close agreements with customers, ensuring alignment with technical sales departments and follow-up on proposals.
  • Collaborate with Technical Sales Managers in OEM and Consulting companies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Report to the President & CSO EMEA, providing regular updates on sales performance and market trends.
Your Profile:
  • A degree in a technical field or high technical affinity.
  • Several years of successful direct sales experience in technical products in a B2B environment, including project-based technical sales.
  • Fluent in German, English, and Italian or French.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, problem-solving, analytical thinking, negotiating, and organizational skills.
  • Good MS Office 365 and Salesforce skills.
  • High willingness to travel to meet customers and attend events.
