**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Körber Pharma GmbH. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for expanding our sales presence in Switzerland and strengthening our position in the pharmaceutical industry.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the Swiss market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and partners in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including OEM and consulting services.
  • Lead negotiation and close agreements with customers, ensuring strong alignment with technical sales departments.
  • Collaborate with Technical Sales Managers to maintain close working relationships with OEM and consulting companies.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and reports, and maintain the CRM system and marketing activities.

**Requirements**

  • A degree in a technical field or high technical affinity.
  • Several years of successful direct sales experience in a B2B environment, including project-based technical sales.
  • Fluent in German, English, and Italian or French.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, problem-solving, analytical thinking, negotiating, and organizational skills.
  • Good MS Office 365 and Salesforce skills.
  • High willingness to travel to meet customers and attend events.
