Sales and Marketing Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Associate to join our team at Home & Co Management GmbH. As a key member of our sales and marketing department, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through innovative marketing strategies, effective sales techniques, and meticulous listings management.
Key Responsibilities- Revenue Management:
- Develop and implement dynamic pricing models to address seasonal fluctuations and changes in demand
- Contribute to revenue forecasting and budget planning to achieve financial targets
- Apply yield management techniques to optimize revenue per room
- Key Account Management:
- Lead contract negotiations with institutional partners and universities to secure long-term collaborations
- Develop and implement customer retention programs, including special offers
- Attend industry events and trade shows to expand networks and identify new business opportunities
- Sales Analytics:
- Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess and enhance sales performance
- Conduct comprehensive market analyses to identify emerging trends and new business opportunities
- Maintain and update the customer database to ensure accurate and current information
- Sales and Marketing Strategy:
- Assist in creating and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to meet revenue goals
- Plan, execute, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and content marketing, to drive brand awareness and demand
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for various marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and social media posts
- Support efforts to enhance brand positioning and messaging in the market to differentiate from competitors
- Assist in optimizing website content for search engines (SEO) and manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns to increase online visibility
- Social Media Marketing:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter
- Create and schedule engaging content for social media channels, including posts, stories, videos, and advertisements
- Monitor and engage with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner
- Track and analyze social media metrics to assess performance and adjust strategies as needed
- Listings Management:
- Manage and update property listings on various online platforms, ensuring that all information is accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for search visibility
- Write and edit property descriptions, select high-quality images, and ensure all listings reflect the brand's standards and appeal to the target audience
- Coordinate with listing platforms and partners to maximize exposure and ensure compliance with platform guidelines
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Several years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate or hospitality industry
- Strong analytical skills and experience in revenue management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proactive and goal-oriented working style
- Fluent in German and English
- Based in Berlin only
