We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Agent to join our team at JL Talent Partners in Berlin. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to our clients in the field of digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a digital marketing advisor for our clients, providing expert knowledge and guidance in social media marketing business support.
- Evaluate social media advertisement analytics and make inbound and outbound calls to clients regarding their advertisements and budgets.
- Develop and implement effective sales funnel strategies to meet client goals and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as successful calls, successful implementation of marketing strategies, attendance, and pitch rate.

Requirements:
- Native Dutch language skills.
- English language skills at B2 level.
- Ability to resolve customer concerns and create a seamless customer experience.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales and/or marketing.
- EU Citizenship or German residence card.
