Sales and Marketing Professional

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Professional to join our team at SuitX by Ottobock. As a key member of our commercial operations team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and revenue expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough job analyses and efficiently categorize leads to identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through various phases of the CRM process, ensuring seamless communication and timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate and organize customer appointments and demo days, including planning, implementation, and follow-up activities.
- Provide sales support through engaging product demonstrations and participation in trade fairs, showcasing our innovative solutions to potential customers.
- Assist in the preparation and dispatch of quotations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of sales materials.
- Participate in mailing campaigns and customer promotions, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts.
- Process customer inquiries in German and English, providing prompt and professional responses to meet customer needs.
- Engage in active, international communication with our distribution partners, fostering strong relationships and driving business growth.
Requirements
- Ongoing Master's degree in economics, industrial engineering, or a related field.
- Initial practical experience in sales and strategy, preferably in a consulting or start-up environment.
- Enthusiasm for numbers and solving complex tasks, with a strong analytical mindset.
- Fluency in German and English (at least C1 level), with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to analyze data and create engaging presentations.
