About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team at Chenbro GmbH. As an Outside Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving and managing new sales opportunities to achieve revenue targets.

The ideal candidate is a sales-centric individual with strong leadership skills, goal-oriented, and self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills. You should have a proven track record of success in hardware sales, particularly in the server/computer industry, with a strong understanding of Server/Storage/Data-center business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to ensure revenue and gross margin objectives are met
  • Sales account planning, sales forecasting, and engaging cross-functional resources to align with customer requirements
  • Provide in-depth analysis on customer-level issues and deliver resolution recommendations
  • Stay current with server market industry trends to identify new opportunities
  • Attend sales meetings, training programs, and exhibitions as required
  • Provide weekly sales reports

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in ME, engineering, business, or related experiences
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand German and English
  • 3+ years of hardware sales experience in the Server/Computer industry with a strong understanding of Server/Storage/Data-center business
  • Demonstrate communication skills to effectively develop expectations and relationships with internal and external customers
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a passionate, work ethic, and high energy level
  • Ability to listen, formulate sales strategies, and articulate pitches to sell products and services
  • Prior sales or business experience working with sever/computer hardware distributors, channels, or clients is highly desirable
  • Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
  • Ability to travel in Europe and/or internationally
