About the Role

We are seeking an Associate Partner with Power and Utilities industry experience to join our expanding footprint in Utilities industry segment in Germany.

The successful candidate will play a defining role in developing new business opportunities, shaping solutions for clients, and delivering strategic programs.

You will be ambitious, entrepreneurial, and inspired by execution excellence. Able to work within a multifunctional and international environment, you will have a passion for technology and an understanding of how it is transforming our clients' business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and revenue in the Utilities industry segment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client advisory and technology-enabled transformation engagements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Contribute to the development of thought leadership content, including articles, whitepapers, and presentations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A broad business skill set, including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience.
  • Experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in both German and English to a minimum level of C1 proficiency.
  • Experience and exposure to established and emerging technologies relevant to the industry.
  • Successful business development history, including exposure to each of the various aspects of a typical sales cycle.
