About the Role

We are seeking an Associate Partner with Power and Utilities industry experience in Germany to join our expanding footprint in the Utilities industry segment.

The successful candidate will play a defining role in developing new business opportunities, shaping solutions for clients, and delivering strategic programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client advisory and technology-enabled transformation engagements
  • Work with European Utilities Industry team to develop, shape, sell, and deliver client advisory and technology-enabled transformation engagements
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and colleagues
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and excellence

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A broad business skill set, including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience
  • Experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in both German and English to a minimum level of C1 proficiency, project-related mobility/willingness to travel
  • Experience and exposure to established and emerging technologies relevant to the industry
  • Successful business development history, including exposure to each of the various aspects of a typical sales cycle
