Associate Partner Utilities Specialist

About Your Role
As an Associate Partner with Infosys Consulting, you will play a key role in driving business growth and delivering strategic programs for our clients in the Utilities industry. With a strong focus on Power and Utilities, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, shaping solutions for clients, and delivering high-impact projects.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and revenue in the Utilities industry.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects and initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their business needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and thought leadership.
- Collaborate with the European Utilities Industry team to develop and deliver client advisory and technology-enabled transformation engagements.

Requirements
What We're Looking For
- A broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience.
- Experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in both German and English to a minimum level of C1 proficiency.
- Experience and exposure to established and emerging technologies relevant to the industry.
- Successful business development history including exposure to each of the various aspects of a typical sales cycle.
