Account Executive for EMEA Region

Figma is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team in the EMEA region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition and revenue growth in the region.
Key Responsibilities- Prioritize and manage a regional pipeline of EMEA accounts, focusing on outbound prospecting and building strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to exceed targets, leveraging your expertise in sales and customer engagement.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing deals, and ensure timely and accurate forecasting in Salesforce.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Support, Design, Engineering, and Product Marketing, to develop and circulate best practices in a collaborative environment.
- Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role, with a track record of success in driving revenue growth.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams.
- Fluency in German is required, with excellent language skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
- Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, and Sales Navigator is a plus, but not required.
