About the Role

Figma is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team in the EMEA region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition and revenue growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prioritize and manage a regional pipeline of EMEA accounts, focusing on outbound prospecting and building strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to exceed targets, leveraging your expertise in sales and customer engagement.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing deals, and ensure timely and accurate forecasting in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Support, Design, Engineering, and Product Marketing, to develop and circulate best practices in a collaborative environment.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales, with a strong track record of success in closing deals and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in German, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues in the region.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a SaaS environment, with knowledge of sales tools and technologies.
  • Design background or interest, with a passion for creating innovative solutions.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, and Sales Navigator, with the ability to leverage these tools to drive sales success.
