Job Responsibilities
  • Procurement and setup of client hardware for our employees using device management systems such as Intune (Windows PC) or JAMF (Apple iPhones/MacBooks)
  • Setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of workstations in our office spaces
  • Client support in collaboration with the rest of the IT team (Windows Server/Client Infrastructure)
  • Independent onboarding and offboarding of employees in your area of responsibility
  • Processing of requests in the Microsoft/Office 365 area (Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint)
  • Independent diagnosis and troubleshooting of network, print, and email issues
  • You will coordinate with your colleagues and/or external IT service providers as needed
Requirements
  • You have completed an IT education and/or comparable relevant experience (5+ years) in the field of IT network administration
  • You have a structured, independent working style and excellent teamwork skills
  • You are characterized by initiative, responsibility, and the ability to self-organize
  • Your willingness to learn and motivation to get involved in new areas of IT complete your profile
  • You have an interest in continuous optimization and automation of IT-supported processes
Desirable Skills
  • Server administration (Windows including AD, Ubuntu optional)
  • Microsoft Cloud (MS365, Entra-ID, Intune)
  • Client support (Windows 11, iOS, macOS optional)
  • Network administration and troubleshooting (e.g., routing, firewalls, VPN, DNS, VLAN, WLAN)
  • Virtualization (VMWARE)
  • Scripting (Powershell, Shell, Javascript, CSS - optional)
  • Experience with the use of ticket systems
