About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at oraise Gruppe. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Incident Management: Respond to and resolve IT incidents in a timely and efficient manner, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.
  • Change Management: Implement changes to our IT infrastructure, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations and adhering to established change management procedures.
  • Cloud Infrastructure Management: Manage and maintain our cloud infrastructure, including Azure, AWS, and GCP, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
  • Containerization and Virtualization: Design and implement containerization and virtualization solutions, ensuring efficient resource utilization and optimal performance.
  • DevOps and Automation: Implement DevOps practices and automation tools, such as Ansible, Terraform, and Kubernetes, to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.
  • IT Support: Provide technical support to our internal teams, ensuring prompt resolution of IT-related issues and minimizing downtime.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience in IT infrastructure management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems, cloud infrastructure management, containerization and virtualization, DevOps practices, and automation tools.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
