Drive Strategic Growth at KoRo

We are seeking an experienced Tech Product Manager to lead our omni-channel ecommerce and retail initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of KoRo, ensuring alignment across departments, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop the long-term tech product vision for KoRo's omni-channel ecommerce and retail platforms, translating strategy into feature implementation.
  • Collaborate closely with various teams to align global priorities and ensure smooth execution.
  • Be responsible for the product roadmap, making key decisions on problem-solving derived from product features, improvements, and integrations.
  • Drive the product discovery process in collaboration with other departments.
  • Collaborate with software engineering in the delivery process, focusing on timely and predictable value delivery.
  • Contribute to developing tech product management practices and the collaboration model between business stakeholders, tech product, and software engineering.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments, resolving conflicts, and ensuring stakeholder alignment.
  • Help define and monitor key product metrics to measure success and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Apply business and technical foresight by adapting strategy and roadmap based on feedback gathered in frequent 'small bet' tests.
About You:

We're looking for a seasoned professional with:

  • At least 4 years of experience in product management, preferably in strategic roles, with ecommerce and/or retail experience being a plus.
  • A proven track record of laterally leading cross-team initiatives, aligning multiple stakeholders with diverse priorities.
  • Experience directly leading and coaching product managers.
  • A strong understanding of omni-channel retail and ecommerce platforms, with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Strong expertise in utilizing qualitative and quantitative data to validate hypotheses and drive decisions.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary: €90,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on your experience.
