Operations Specialist - Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Operations Specialist to join our team in Germany. As an Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing technical analyses in the production and process environment, independently managing initial smaller work packages, and making a significant contribution to the success of the project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare technical analyses in the production and process environment
  • Independently manage initial smaller work packages
  • Contribute to the success of the project
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience (1-3 years) in one of the Operations topics (such as Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Supply Chain)
  • Proven knowledge of relevant sectors: Automotive, Aerospace, Manufacturing Industries, Transportation, Energy, Process industries, Financial Services
  • Undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program
  • Strong background in problem solving with demonstrable analytical skills
  • Excellent relationship building skills with clients of all levels
  • Great team player, Self-directed and willing to take initiative
  • Fluency in English and German is required
  • Willingness to travel
