Sales Operations Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Specialist to join our Sales Strategy and Operations team at ResearchGate. As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting and optimizing our sales processes, ensuring seamless data flow, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of sales data within Salesforce by regularly auditing and cleaning up data.
Customize Salesforce to meet the specific needs of the sales team, including creating custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and reports.
Evaluate existing sales processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation within Salesforce.
Collaborate with the sales team to implement new processes, monitor adoption, and refine them based on feedback and performance metrics.
Provide ongoing support and training to sales team members on Salesforce and related tools, ensuring they are equipped to use the platform effectively.
Assist in the onboarding of new sales team members by providing training on Salesforce and company sales processes.
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience with Sales Cloud & Salesforce CPQ, preferably in a subscription-based business.
Innovative mindset complemented by strong technical skills.
Demonstrated experience of the sales operations role and domain.
Exceptional attention to detail with strong problem-solving, research, and analytical capabilities.
Collaborative, agile, and able to work iteratively and independently.
