IT Infrastructure Specialist

Job Description
We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team at 2230 Laser Imaging Systems GMBH. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our local business community.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the local liaison with our international IT teams and outsource partners.
- Take end-to-end responsibility for ensuring the stability of our IT infrastructure.
- Provide hands-on support for all IT services that cannot be performed remotely.
- Assist end-users in following our company's IT support processes.
- Report to the IT Manager Europe and be responsible for all IT systems at the LIS Jena site.
Requirements
- Vocational training with an IT focus or equivalent further training.
- Sound knowledge of application, hardware, network, telephony, and ICT service operation.
- Knowledge of WIN10 OS, SCCM SW installation, MDT, O365.
- Ideal knowledge of VM Ware ESXi.
- General knowledge of electrics, UPS, air conditioning, and cable laying.
- Service and solution-oriented way of working.
- Fluency in German and English.
