Job Description

Position: Informatiker

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team at Elevion GmbH in Jena. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Classify and process IT requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Manage user rights and print permissions in a Microsoft Active Directory environment
  • Communicate effectively with customers, escalate issues as needed, and obtain necessary approvals
  • Resolve technical issues, potentially involving collaboration with specialized teams
  • Document all activities and interactions
Requirements:
  • Completed vocational training in an IT-related field
  • Previous experience in IT support is beneficial, but not required (we welcome career changers)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory administration
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office software
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills, as well as a structured approach and analytical thinking
