Job Description

Fokus Academics is seeking a highly skilled IT-Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first- and second-level technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies and improve existing systems
  • Manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and software
  • Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance and security
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and other productivity software
  • Experience with network administration, database management, and programming languages
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
