Technical Product Owner

We are looking for a Technical Product Owner to join our KI group in Cologne, Munich, or Stuttgart offices. As a key member of our Product Team, you will be responsible for gathering requirements, implementing and developing our product roadmap, and working closely with stakeholders, business analysts, and engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be the central interface between strategy, business, and tech.
  • You will take care of the continuous implementation and further development of the product roadmap.
  • You will define epics and user stories for the product and be responsible for backlog priorities and sprint planning.
  • You will support teams with refinements and identify dependencies and risks at an early stage.
  • You will work with motivated and technically first-class colleagues in an agile environment.

Requirements:

  • Strong affinity for tech and data, especially modern data and AI solutions (especially in the Microsoft Azure environment) and familiarity with DevOps practices.
  • Previous practical experience as a software engineer, DevOps engineer / SRE or an equivalent technical role would be desirable.
  • Ability to see the big picture without losing sight of the details.
  • Analytical orientation and strong problem-solving skills demonstrated in the ability to structure problems and analyze alternative solutions.
  • You understand how to build products based on metrics and KPIs.
  • Shaping the entire product development process through your proactiveness and open mindset.
  • Very good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong opinion but the desire to find a solution supported by the team.
  • Enthusiasm for your job and the joy of working in teams.
  • You are fluent in German and English - our teams and our projects are becoming increasingly international.
