About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Digital Product Strategist to join our team at Eurowings Digital GmbH. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for working closely with our teams and stakeholders to ensure that our digital products run seamlessly with Airline Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a shared understanding of customer and business needs, and conceptualize solutions to drive business growth.
- Independently write user stories to build up a product backlog based on customer and business requirements.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on OKRs and the product vision.
- Back decisions through A/B testing and data-driven insights.
- Lateral leadership of a squad, guiding them to success through collaborative decision-making and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- At least 5 years' experience working as a Product Owner/Product Manager.
- In-depth experience in developing both app and web products.
- An analytical mindset, experience with quantitative and qualitative methods, and enthusiasm for digging into data.
- Familiar working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
- Experience writing user stories to build up a product backlog based on customer and business requirements.
- Fluent business English skills, with other languages a plus.
