Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales Associate with Representation Function to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing store operations, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including product features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Work collaboratively with the store management team to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by store management.
Requirements
  • Previous retail experience, preferably in a sales or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
