Job Description

Bruker is a leading manufacturer of scientific instruments and high-value analytical and diagnostic solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Local HR Business Partner to join our team in Ettlingen, Germany.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Align the organization's people strategy with its business strategy
  • Act as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues
  • Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning
  • Support during the recruitment process
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and HR policies
  • Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs
  • Lead HR projects and initiatives to support organizational change
  • Collaborate with the business to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role
  • Proficiency in HR technology and data analysis
  • Very good knowledge of German and English (min. C1 level)
  • Respective Labour Law knowledge
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
  • Change management
  • High level of communication and interpersonal skills
  • Project management
