Your Responsibilities
As a Human Resources Business Partner, you'll ensure the HR agenda is executed in the organization. You'll develop and coach the organization on a path that reflects our business strategy. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with Engineering managers to build the organization's strategy, roles, and processes in an Agile environment.
- Being the go-to partner for HR-related matters concerning the Engineering department and other teams.
- Developing and implementing HR policies and solutions in partnership with our leaders and Engineering managers.
- Driving initiatives and projects concerning the whole organization, such as career path and development, coaching strategies, diversity & inclusion, employee engagement, and culture impact.
About You
- You're a business-oriented professional with a passion for driving initiatives and taking the lead.
- You enjoy collaborating with diverse stakeholders and are confident in your abilities and relationships.
- You have a strong educational background in HR or a related field and several years of experience in business-driven HR.
- You're fluent in German and comfortable in English, with experience working in the German market as a business-oriented HRBP.
Qualifications
- Education in HR or a related field.
- Several years of experience in business-driven HR.
- Experience working in a tech-oriented organization and knowledge of best HR practices in software development & engineering.
- Experience as a business-oriented HRBP in the German market.
- Fluency in German and comfort in English.
