At Nexus, we're shaping the future of digital transformation. As a Human Resources Business Partner, you'll play a key role in driving our company's success. Our Head of Human Resources, Klara Thureson, is looking for a talented professional to join our team in Berlin or Ettlingen.

Your Responsibilities

As a Human Resources Business Partner, you'll ensure the HR agenda is executed in the organization. You'll develop and coach the organization on a path that reflects our business strategy. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with Engineering managers to build the organization's strategy, roles, and processes in an Agile environment.
  • Being the go-to partner for HR-related matters concerning the Engineering department and other teams.
  • Developing and implementing HR policies and solutions in partnership with our leaders and Engineering managers.
  • Driving initiatives and projects concerning the whole organization, such as career path and development, coaching strategies, diversity & inclusion, employee engagement, and culture impact.

About You

  • You're a business-oriented professional with a passion for driving initiatives and taking the lead.
  • You enjoy collaborating with diverse stakeholders and are confident in your abilities and relationships.
  • You have a strong educational background in HR or a related field and several years of experience in business-driven HR.
  • You're fluent in German and comfortable in English, with experience working in the German market as a business-oriented HRBP.

Qualifications

  • Education in HR or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in business-driven HR.
  • Experience working in a tech-oriented organization and knowledge of best HR practices in software development & engineering.
  • Experience as a business-oriented HRBP in the German market.
  • Fluency in German and comfort in English.
