About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team at Statista. As a key member of our Online Marketing team, you will play a vital role in shaping our data-driven marketing strategy, improving customer experience, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain our Customer Data Platform (CDP) to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and required data integration workflows.
  • Implement data integration and management strategies to enhance the organization's understanding of its customers and deliver targeted and personalized marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and our marketing team to leverage data analytics and drive insights that improve customer experiences.
  • Work closely with marketing teams, data teams, and IT teams to understand business requirements and align CDP capabilities accordingly.

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in managing and operating Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) or similar customer data management systems.
  • Familiarity with customer journey mapping, segmentation, and personalization strategy.
  • Good communication skills, both in working with interdisciplinary teams and technical stakeholders and in presenting product visions and strategies.
  • Strong understanding of data integration concepts and data governance.
  • Good conceptual and analytical skills as well as strong initiative and team spirit.
  • Hands-on experience in SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is an advantage.
