About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Consultant to join our team at Synpulse Schweiz AG. As a Business Development Consultant, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our Financial Services practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accompany projects at well-known banks or insurance companies, providing expert guidance and support to clients.
  • Conceive, analyze, and implement individual solutions for our customers, leveraging your technical expertise and business acumen.
  • Take on responsibility in agile teams, specializing in large platform projects, transformation, or automation initiatives.
  • Contribute to Synpulse's development through exciting internal projects on a global level, participating in recruiting and shaping the heart of our organization.
Requirements
  • A master's or PhD degree, or completion of a degree in the near future, with an excellent GPA.
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual skills, with a strong understanding of technology and its applications.
  • Practical experience in consulting, banking, or insurance, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong communication skills in German and English, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, with a willingness to travel frequently.
