Job Description

Optimize Inventory Management and Drive Business Growth

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchasing Assistant to join our team at 25hours Hotels. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our inventory management system, maintaining optimal stock levels, and supporting various F&B projects.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory levels, track stock movements, and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with the procurement team to develop and implement effective procurement strategies
  • Support F&B projects, including ordering, receiving, and storing inventory
  • Assist in the development of budgets and financial reports
