Wir suchen einen erfahrenen System Owner Procurement, der unsere Beschaffungsprozesse und -systeme weiterentwickeln und optimieren kann. Als Teil des Teams Procurement Excellence bei Vattenfall werden Sie eine wichtige Rolle bei der Gestaltung unserer Beschaffungsstrategie spielen.

Hauptaufgaben
  • Verwaltung, Entwicklung und Instandhaltung von Beschaffungsinstrumenten und -systemen wie SAP, Proactis, Achilles und anderen unterstützenden Beschaffungssystemen und Ausschreibungsinstrumenten.
  • Management der Verträge und der Beziehungen zu den Tools & Systemen, die in den Zuständigkeitsbereich dieser Funktion fallen.
  • Leitung von Prozess- und kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsinitiativen und Förderung der Standardisierung der Instrumente und Systeme, die in den Zuständigkeitsbereich dieser Funktion fallen.
  • Unterstützung von Global Process Ownern, Projektmanagern und anderen Procurement Excellence-Kollegen bei der Digitalisierung und der Einführung neuer eProcurement-Tools und / oder der Aktualisierung von Tool-Funktionen.
Qualifikationen
  • Vorzugsweise ein Hochschulabschluss (Bachelor)
  • Mindestens fünf Jahre Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit SAP R/3, SAP ECC und/oder S/4 HANA, insbesondere mit den Modulen SAP MM und SAP SRM in einem internationalen Umfeld im Procurement Bereich.
  • Detaillierte Kenntnisse der Beschaffungsprozesse, -systeme und -anforderungen und deren Zusammenwirken.
  • Kenntnisse von eProcurement-Systemen und der Implementierung von in SAP integrierten eCatalogs.
  • Englisch und Deutsch fließend in Wort und Schrift.
