About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized working student to support our Physical Security Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical supporting role in various administrative activities, ensuring the smooth operation of our security tasks and workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Operations team, including managing ticketing systems and workflow tools.
- Oversee the maintenance of internal communication platforms, such as SharePoint.
- Perform checks on supplier-related topics, including invoicing, orders, and assessments.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled student at a university or university of applied sciences.
- Preferred field of study: Business Administration, Safety and Security management.
- Excellent written and spoken business communications skills in English and German.
- Proficiency in MS Office Tools.
- Advanced planning and self-organizing skills, ability to pick up information fast, work independently, and solution-oriented.
- Ideally previous internship experience.
- Availability to come to the Walldorf office regularly (location up to a distance of ca 50 km from the office preferred).
