Job Description

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our network infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and configuration issues. Your day-to-day tasks will include resolving incident tickets and change requests, performing preventive maintenance and performance tuning, and documenting operational processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for network infrastructure, including LAN, WLAN, WAN, NAC, and Firewall
  • Resolve incident tickets and change requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Perform preventive maintenance and performance tuning to ensure optimal network performance
  • Document operational processes and procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity
  • Liaise with application groups on various projects and system support requirements
  • Participate in projects and new setups, defining and provisioning network design and active/passive infrastructure
  • Provide on-call support to ensure 24/7 network availability
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience
  • 3 years of network experience preferred
  • Knowledge of network and IT standards, concepts, and technology
  • CCNA or CCNP certification an advantage
  • Fluent German and English language skills, including technical concepts and terminology
