Job Description

As a Senior Specialist Network Infrastructure, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our network infrastructure. Your primary responsibilities will include providing technical support for the provision, troubleshooting, and resolution of hardware, software, and configuration issues on LAN, WLAN, WAN, NAC, and Firewall.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for network infrastructure
  • Resolve incident tickets and change requests
  • Perform preventive maintenance and performance tuning
  • Document operational processes and procedures
  • Liaise with application groups on various projects
  • Participate in projects and new setups
  • Provide on-call support
  • Work in a team with local experts and in a global virtual team
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Network equivalent experience
  • 3 years of network experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Network and IT Standards, concepts & technology
  • CCNA or CCNP Certification will be an advantage
  • Fluency in German and English, including technical concepts and terminology
