Your responsibilities.
  • You will oversee the successful execution of intricate C or B projects within our key sectors, including Minerals, Metals, Oil & Gas, and Testing Applications.
  • Collaborating closely with the procurement team, you will manage both external and internal suppliers.
  • Your primary focus will be enhancing customer satisfaction through timely, budget-compliant, and quality-driven project delivery.
  • You will lead an international project team.
  • Providing professional updates to management, steering committees, and clients will be part of your daily tasks.
  • You will serve as a role model in project management, sharing your expertise with junior project managers within our organization.
Your qualifications.
  • A master's degree in electrical engineering or a related field is required.
  • You possess extensive professional experience (5+ years) in sectors such as Minerals, Metals, Oil & Gas, or Testing Applications.
  • You have successfully managed several international projects and hold certification as a Senior Project Manager.
  • Your experience includes leading and managing global teams.
  • You demonstrate analytical skills to swiftly identify project challenges and implement effective solutions.
  • You possess intercultural competencies and enjoy collaborating in international teams.
  • Fluency in English and German is essential; knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
