Lead Project Manager for Innomotics Solutions

Innomotics GmbH is seeking a Senior Project Manager (f/m/d) for our Solutions division.
Your role in innovation.
At Innomotics, we specialize in motors and drives, transforming reliable motion from daily operations to lifecycle efficiency, and from basic functions to advanced smart technologies. Your responsibilities.
  • You will oversee the successful execution of complex projects in sectors such as Minerals, Metals, Oil & Gas, and Testing Applications.
  • Collaboration with procurement teams to manage both external and internal suppliers will be essential.
  • Your primary goal will be to enhance customer satisfaction by delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • You will lead a diverse international project team.
  • Regular reporting to management, steering committees, and clients will be part of your routine.
  • You will serve as a role model in project management, mentoring junior project managers within the organization.
Your qualifications.
  • A master's degree in electrical engineering or a related field is required.
  • You should have a minimum of 5 years of extensive professional experience in industries such as Minerals, Metals, Oil & Gas, or Testing Applications.
  • Experience in executing international projects and certification as a Senior Project Manager is essential.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing global teams is necessary.
  • Strong analytical skills to swiftly identify project issues and implement effective solutions are required.
  • You should possess intercultural competencies and enjoy working in international teams.
  • Fluency in English and German is mandatory; knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
