Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate, develop, and implement regional EMEA logistics projects, focusing on the optimization of delivery performance and the introduction of concepts for operational eCommerce activities.
  • Lead projects in an international environment, such as new plant planning and footprint changes, while ensuring effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Identify information requirements and optimization potential in operations and customer service environments, generating data to support decision-making and driving business growth.
  • Act as a sparring partner for Operations, Logistics, and Customer Service management of the MAHLE Aftermarket Entities in EMEA, providing expert guidance and support.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Completion of a degree with a focus on logistics or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of professional experience in logistics and project environments, with a strong track record of delivering results.
  • Excellent communication and intercultural skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in SAP and MS Office products, as well as business fluent written and spoken German and English.
  • A willingness to travel to a limited extent, with a strong commitment to meeting business objectives.
