Job Summary

As a Sales Account Manager at Supermicro, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with enterprise-level customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and expand existing customer relationships through regular communication and technical support
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical and administrative support to customers
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a technical or enterprise sales role
  • Strong professional communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with data entry, production planning, and order tracking
  • Fluent in German and English for both writing and speaking
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
