Job Summary
As a Sales Account Manager at Supermicro, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with enterprise-level customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and expand existing customer relationships through regular communication and technical support
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical and administrative support to customers
- Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a technical or enterprise sales role
- Strong professional communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with data entry, production planning, and order tracking
- Fluent in German and English for both writing and speaking
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
