Sales Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Sales and Business Development to lead our sales strategy and execution within the German market.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong understanding of the German entertainment industry, including on- and offline trends and developments.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a sales strategy that aligns with overall business goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure objective alignment across business units and a continuous flow of information.
- Develop and implement strategies to retain and grow existing clients, leveraging products and services that drive ticket sales.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
- Proven track record of successful sales leadership in high-performing business environments.
- Ability to manage and complete multiple projects and priorities at the same time and effective prioritization.
- Demonstrated experience in Business/Client growth, including acquisition and development of existing clients.
- Excellent understanding of the German entertainment industry, including on- and offline trends and developments.
- Hands-on experience with CRM/Sales Tools, especially Salesforce.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Must be fluent in German with strong English skills.
- Experience in leading and unifying remote teams.
