IT Process Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Process Manager to join our team at ABOUT YOU. As a key member of our IT Business Development Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development of our company's IT processes and projects.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with our top management and Tech & Product Leads to identify and implement process improvements across the organization.
- Collaborate with our Development Teams to optimize their projects and processes, ensuring seamless integration with our company's overall strategy.
- Develop and implement effective process management strategies to drive business growth and efficiency.
- Provide expert guidance and support to our teams on process implementation, change management, and organizational development.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and tools to ensure our processes are aligned with industry best practices.
- At least 1 year of professional experience in process management, project management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Fluent English language skills, with a strong understanding of business processes and IT systems.
- Practical experience with agile/lean processes and methods, such as Scrum, Kanban, and Extreme Programming.
- Consulting background or experience in IT consulting.
- Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence, with experience in process implementation and change management.
