About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Process Manager to join our team at ABOUT YOU. As a key member of our IT Business Development Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development of our projects and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with our top management and Tech & Product Leads to identify and implement process improvements
  • Support the development of our IT projects and processes, ensuring they are aligned with our business goals
  • Collaborate with our Development Teams to optimize their projects and processes
  • Develop and implement process improvements, ensuring they are efficient and effective
  • Provide training and support to our teams on process improvements and best practices
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of professional experience in process management or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Fluent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
Nice to Have
  • Practical experience with agile/lean processes and methods, such as Scrum, Kanban, and Extreme Programming
  • Consulting background or experience in IT consulting
  • Practical experience with JIRA & Confluence or Admin knowledge in these tools
