We are a medium-sized staffing agency with 13 offices in southern Germany, operating under the name Time Company Personal Service GmbH. Our company is dedicated to providing exceptional staffing solutions to various industries.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Staffing Manager (m/f/x) to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, planning and monitoring assignments, and maintaining relationships with clients and temporary workers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and manage a team of temporary workers to meet client demands.
  • Plan and coordinate assignments to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Manage HR administration, including onboarding, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize the recruitment process.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in staffing, HR, sales support, or recruitment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS-Office and other relevant software.
